The products we sell on our website are designed and manufactured by the architect/designer Eleonora Paspaliari. All contents copyrighted @2013 by Eleonora Paspaliari - All rights reserved. It is strictly prohibited to copy or resell items purchased from our website.
3. Prices
All prices shown are in Euros and valid for all countries. Prices are inclusive of VAT 23%. In case the VAT rate is adjusted before acceptance/confirmation of your order, the new rate will apply.
If you are outside the European Union, additional taxes, fees or duties might be charged, (e.g. import tax etc.) Such charges are not included in the product prices and the customer is responsible for their payment.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices which appear on this website and will be calculated upon placement of each product in your cart during checkout.
4. Data input - User registration
Using our website is free, subject only to restrictions listed under Title "Privacy." You do not need to provide any private data to use our website.
You don’t have to be a registered user to purchase products from our website.
Checkout as guest: after placing the products in your cart, you can check out as a guest. In this case you will need to provide the necessary information for your identification and the shipping of your products.
Register: if you choose to Register in our website, your registration requires basic contact information, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, to be used only for purposes and under the restrictions listed under Title "Privacy". Upon registration you will be asked to give a unique password that you might change at will. As soon as you register, you may change your personal settings, through the section “My account”.
User Liability: You guarantee the correctness of the personal and payment data that you declare upon checkout as guest and/or registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under your username and password through the online store, by you or by any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. All products displayed on this site are available while stocks last.
We provide information on main characteristics of the goods, their dimensions, color, size, material and use. Before you place an order, we strongly recommend that you consult the information and description given to you, and not choose by approximation. If you have any doubts do not hesitate to contact us.
We use high quality images and makes every effort to ensure that designs, photos or images of the products contained in this website give the most comprehensive idea of our products. However, due to differences in monitors and the types of computers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color you see on your screen as a reflection of the true color of the product. Moreover, physical products may vary in comparison to the expected color, shade, texture or fit.
Our shop does not offer samples for fitting.
6. Placing an order
To place an order you must place the products of your choice, in their desired quantity, in the shopping cart. Upon placement of each product you can also have an estimation of the shipping cost.
Please note that placing products in your cart does not reserve them and they are not excluded from being purchased by another customer.
Once you have finished shopping you will be asked to proceed to checkout as guest or register as user. In both cases you will need to choose Billing Address, Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Method.
Placement of the order: The placement of the order is complete only after the selection and confirmation of the above. Through this order placement, the customer expresses your proposal to purchase the product/products listed in the shopping cart as chosen by you. All orders are subject to availability of products and confirmation from our company.
Contract of sale: The contract of sale is completed as soon as we accept your proposal and confirm the order by e-mail. This email serves as confirmation-receipt of the order. Upon the completion of the order, you receive a unique order number which you use in order to communicate with us about any information on your order.
Completion of the order: Once the relevant control is complete (availability, bank verifications, etc.) and, once the product is ready for shipment, the customer will be charged the appropriate amount and informed via email.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract between the client and us is governed by the Greek Laws and any claim or controversy will be solved at the courts of Athens, Greece.
